Alma Adele (Barker) Uhl

Alma Adele Uhl, 83, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri went home to be with her Lord Saturday, March 21, 2020. She resided in Poplar Bluff all her life.

Adele is preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Uhl, her mother and father, Stella and Marion Barker, four brothers, Kenneth, Ross, Virgil, and Tommy Barker, and one sister Sweety Bell Buhler.

Her surviving siblings are Edward Barker, Luella Luther, Dolly Clayton, Margie Barker, Sarah Knox.

Adele was an amazing mother of 5 children, Jimmie Barker, Allen (Rhonda) Uhl, Lesa (Junior) Matchett, Danny (Rhonda) Uhl, and Randy (Kim) Uhl.

She was an exceptional grandmother to 10 grandchildren, Jimmy Barker Jr., Anita Rudd, Eric Barker, Shannon Walker, Matthew Uhl, Amanda Burton, Renee Hillis, Rikki Johnson, Kalina Rodgers, and Triston Uhl.

Among all the above Adele was a wonderful great grandmother to several great grandchildren and a dear friend to many.

Most of her life she enjoyed bowling, quilting, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Many days were spent in her flower beds growing the most beautiful flowers. Her heart was pure, and her soul was kind - her door was always open.

Adele’s love ran deep, and her family’s lives have been blessed - Forever she will be missed!
