Amanda D. Cole Kingery

Amanda D. Cole Kingery, 27, of Poplar Bluff, died Friday, Feb. 9, 2007 at her residence.

Ms. Kingery was born March 2, 1979, in Pontiac, Mich. A resident of Poplar Bluff most of her life she graduated from Poplar Bluff High school in 1997. Ms. Kingery was a member of the First Liberty Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and being around people.

Survivors include two daughters Morgan Oglesbee (7 years of age) and Kaylee Kingery, (2 years of age); her mother, Julie Ruble; step-father, Wendell Ward; grandparents, Bob and Pat Ruble, all of Poplar Bluff; step-mother Rita Cole, of Grand Rapids, Mich.; paternal grandmother Thelma Cole, of Pontiac, Mich.; great-grandmother Mable Clark, of Piedmont; and several aunts and uncles as well as a host of cousins.

Her father Philip Cole preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel, in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Bruce Ruble officiating. Burial will be at the Liberty Community Cemetery, in Butler County.
