Anna Mae (Wright) Chodrick

Anna M. Chodrick, 89, of Poplar Bluff, MO formally of Enid, OK, passed away Friday, Dec. 18, 2015 at Oakdale Care Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mrs. Chodrick, the daughter of the late Norvel and Pearlie (Patterson) Wright was born Dec. 8, 1926 in Hico TX. She was of Baptist faith and for over 50 years she owned and operated Charm Beauty Shop in Enid. Mrs. Chodrick enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, sewing, making crafts and playing bingo.

On Aug. 13, 1955, she married R.A. Chodrick in Las Cruces NM. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2009.

Survivors include her son Forrest Allen (Teresa) Chodrick of Wapapello, MO; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 12 great great-grandchildren.

A daughter, Beverly Raney Jones preceded her in death in 1990.

A graveside service and interment will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec.22nd at Sunny Side Cemetery in Logan Township, OK. Mr. Tom Turner will officiate.
