BeLynda Lea, a current resident of Reno, NV, passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009.
She was a loving and devoted daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend. She is survived by her parents, Brenda and Erwin Stedronsky of Reno, her father Robert Gilmore of Brookings, OR, her grandparents, Gracie and Henry (Bud) Bailey of Wappapello, MO, aunts Gail (Ron) Clark of Wappapello, MO, Vickey (Eric) Duncan of Richmond, VA, uncles William (Buddy) Bailey and Randy Bailey, both of Wappapello, MO; her cousins, many great Aunts and Uncles, and many dear friends.
BeLynda was born September 11, 1969 in St. Louis, MO. She attended grade school and high school in University City, MO. She attended Mesa College, Grand Junction CO and the University of Missouri, Columbia MO. While in Columbia, she started her first and most loved job with a small college town retail company, Cool Stuff. As this company grew, so did her responsibilities. At 25 she was promoted to Vice-President of what had become a highly successful retail endeavor. During this time she took the extended backpack tour through the museums of Europe that her parents promised to her during her teenage years. Marriage then took her to Kansas City, MO and Columbus, OH where she worked in retail and as an administrative assistant. She moved back to her beloved St. Louis and worked for a large accounting firm. In October 2008, she moved to be with her parents in Reno.
A viewing service was held in Reno, NV, on Friday May 8th. A viewing service will be held in Poplar Bluff, MO, at Cotrell Funeral Chapel on Sunday May 10th from 6pm - 8pm. BeLynda's funeral service will be held Monday May 11th at 1:00 pm in the funeral chapel. Her burial will be at Doniphan Oak Ridge City Cemetery, Doniphan, MO.
She is now in the arms of angels, and our lives are forever blessed for having her in ours. BeLynda will finally meet her Aunt Glenna.
