Betty Anne Ash

Betty A. Ash, 82 of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Ash, the daughter of the late Emmett R. and Mary (Vickers) Fox, was born Oct. 21, 1934 in Wappapello. She was of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Ash was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.

On Oct. 12, 1963, she married Harold E. Ash in Tijuana, Mexico. He preceded her in death on June 12, 2015.

Survivors include four children, Kimberly Morrill of Provo, Utah, Joni Crandell of Hull, Texas, Gordon Ash of Pembroke, Ga. and Anna Ash (Roy) Jenkins of Puxico, Mo.; three grandchildren, Randall Welch of Louisiana, Elizabeth Ash and Harold Ash of Dexter; five sisters, Mildred (Spence) Mitchell of Ojai, Calf., Linda Fox of Shawnee Okla., Kathy Boswell, Shelby (Carroll) Ward and Patricia (Paul) Cook of Puxico.
