Betty Marion Short,89, of Jackson, Mo., passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. A graveside service and burial will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery with Rev. Jim Schremp officiating.
