Billie Jean Hall

Billie J. Hall, 71, of Poplar Bluff died Saturday, April 7, 2007 at her residence.

Mrs. Hall was born Nov. 13, 1935, in Poplar Bluff. She attended the South Poplar Bluff General Baptist Church and was employed at the Karen West Head Start Center. Mrs. Hall enjoyed taking care of children, flower gardening and was an avid reader.

On Oct. 25, 1959, she married Donald Hall, in Poplar Bluff. They were married for 47 years. He survives.

Survivors include one son, Michael Alan Hall, of Poplar Bluff; one grandchild; and her sister, Dorothy Marie Gray, of Poplar Bluff.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. A graveside service and burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery, in Poplar Bluff with the Rev. Keith Luke officiating.
