Brenda Dianne Pyle

Brenda Dianne Pyle, 61, of Poplar Bluff died Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Pyle was born Nov. 25, 1948 in Kennett, Mo. She was a member of Westwood Baptist Church, and had previously worked as a library assistant for Poplar Bluff Elementary Schools. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

On April 26, 1975 she was married to Michael T. Pyle in Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 2003.

Survivors include two daughters, Stacey Evans and her husband Brian of Poplar Bluff and Stephanie Knight of Cape Girardeau; her mother, Anna Mae (Evans) Cato; six grandchildren: Briann Evans, Caleb Teague, Brittany Evans, Dalton Teague, Trevor Knight and Morgan Pyle; and a brother, Randal Cato and his wife Susan of Poplar Bluff.

Her father, James Adolph Cato also preceded Mrs. Pyle in death.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Chapel with Dr. Steve Proctor officiating. Burial will be at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
