Brenda Sue Stuever

Brenda Sue Stuever, 73, of Williamsville, MO, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at her home.

Brenda was born on February 01, 1952, to Carl and Fredia (Lanem) Davis in St. Louis, Missouri. She married William Stuever on February 21, 1976, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Brenda was of the Baptist Faith. She was an avid hunter and fisher and enjoyed every second spent in the woods or on the water with her husband and son. Brenda liked cooking for family gatherings, bird watching and sharing stories about her younger years. She was known to be opinionated and direct but also kind and caring. Brenda was a force to be reckoned with and loved her family fiercely. She will truly be missed.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband of nearly 50 years, William Stuever; son, Anthony (Kristian) Stuever; brother, Gary (Penny) Davis; two grandchildren, Brayden and Brooklyn; niece, Sarah (Pride) Wilder; nephew, Brad Davis; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside service will take place at 11:00am, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
