Carol Sue Briscoe

Carol Sue Briscoe, 48, a life-long resident of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed into her eternal home Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at St. Louis University Hospital.

Carol, the daughter of the late James Marvin and Carolyn Ann McGowen Briscoe, was born March 31, 1971, in Poplar Bluff. She was of the General Baptist faith. Until her health failed, Carol worked in the healthcare field and as a dietary aide. She loved to spend time with her family and her friends. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and fishing.

Carol is survived by her sister, Ruth Harwell; of Poplar Bluff; her son Andrew Stearns of Piedmont; her nephew Matt Harwell also of Poplar Buff; and several other relatives.

No services will be held.
