Carole Sue Hayes

Carole Sue Hayes, 65, of Poplar Bluff, died Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Ms. Hayes was born August 15, 1945 in Collinwood, Tenn., and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Church of God and enjoyed reading, especially the Bible, and working crossword puzzles.

Surviving are 4 sons, Roger Hayes and Bill Hayes both of Poplar Bluff; Mike Hayes of Wappapello and Tommy Hayes of Tiptonville Tenn.; her Mother, Juanita (Galleher) Sandusky of Poplar Bluff; 5 grandchildren; 4 sisters, Nancy Lawrence of DeSoto, Mo., Wanda Buffington of Branson, Mo., Mary Anderson of Poplar Bluff, and Brenda Bonetompo of Paragould, Ark., and 2 brothers, Jerry Sandusky of Calif., and Dennis Sandusky of Gallatin, Tex.

Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Friday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Ash Hill Cemetery with Rev. Richard Triplett officiating.
