Catherine Ann Mangan

Catherine Ann ""Katy"" Mangan, 56, of Wappapello, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008 at her residence.

Mrs. Mangan was born March 25, 1952, in Port Hueneme, Calif. She was employed as a bartender at the V.F.W., in Wappapello. Mrs. Mangan enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and needlepoint.

On Dec. 23, 1993, she married William Joseph Mangan, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives.

Other survivors include her daughter, Tara Leah Conway, of Ventura, Calif.; mother, Mary Yvonne ""Bonnie"" (Pickering) Anderson, of Wappapello; sister, Debbie Comacho, of Jackson, North Carolina; and two brothers, Michael Conway, of Ventura, Calif. and Ron Anderson, of Olathe, Kans.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
