Charles Clemens Red Bruns

Charles Clemens ""Red"" Bruns, 83, of Piedmont, MO passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014.

Mr. Bruns was born July 20, 1931 to Bernard and Mary Bruns. He served his country during the Korean War in the 1st Marine Division at the Battle of Chosin Reservoir. He was a wonderful loving father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many.

Mr. Bruns was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings.
Survivors include his children: Glen Christeson (Dianne), Catherine Farris (Kevin) and Chris Christeson and grandsons: Nick, Tyler and Chad Christeson, Charles Farris and Christopher Christeson.

Services: Graveside Service with full military honors will be at Mount Olive Cemetery, 3906 Mount Olive Road, St. Louis 63125 on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 10:30am.
