Cynthia "Cindy" Gann Ann Gann

Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Gann, 63, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on December 19, 2025, at her sister’s home in Corning, Arkansas.

Cindy was born on July 06, 1962, to Gustas and Joyceline (Patterson) Yeley in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Cindy was of the Christian faith. She was an avid fisher and enjoyed spending time at 'Cindy’s Fishing Hole' on Bill's farm. She was a proud and active member of the Eagles Lodge #3730 and served as their current President. Cindy had a love for collecting items such as ink pens, flashlights, scissors and elephant figurines. She was a scary movie lover and enjoyed watching tv. Cindy was known to be the life of the party and was even nominated as class clown her senior year of high school. Cindy had a way of making those around her feel seen and special. She brought joy into the lives of her family and friends. She loved them all fiercely.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Heather Watson; grandson, Greyson Gustas Watson; significant other, Bill Richardson; four sisters, Kim Mansker, Karen (Mark) Romero, Carolyn (Larry) Hutson, and Vicki Carnahan; three brothers, Steve, Gary, and Kenny Yeley; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Gustas and Joyceline; two brothers, Timothy Gates and Ronald Yeley; brother-in-law, Mike Mansker.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 10:30a-12:00p at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Funeral service will follow beginning at Noon with Rev. Lydia Hall officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Hope House in St. Louis or the American Cancer Society.
