Daniel Edward Moussette

Daniel Edward Moussette of Richwood, MO died Monday March 11, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Des Peres, MO.

Mr. Moussette was born July 15th, 1937 to the late Daniel and Lila Moussette. He was of Baptist faith and proudly served in the U.S. Navy.

On December 20, 1958, he married Phyllis Winchester in East St. Louis, IL. She preceded him in death on November 8, 2015.

He is survived by three sons: Daniel Moussette of New Athens, Il, Timothy Moussette and wife Pamela of Collinsville, IL, Scott Moussette and wife Patti of Richwood, MO; two daughters: Michelle Isringhaus and husband Greg of Blackwell, MO and Lynne Shellum and husband Mike of Fenton, MO; two sisters: Lila Cline of Doniphan, MO, and Mary Prather of Wood River, IL, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mr. Moussette was also proceeded in death his son David Moussette and a daughter-in-law Linda Moussette.

A visitation will begin at 11:30 am Friday March 15 at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Wappapello, with the funeral service following at 12:30 pm. The Rev. Jim Schremp will officiate. Burial with full military honors will be at Little Brushy Cemetery in Wappapello.
