Danny Halcomb, 69, passed away on December 1, 2025, at his home in Williamsville, Missouri. Danny was born on June 4, 1956, in Akron, Ohio. He is survived by his mother, Eva Halcomb; sister, Dana (Shaun) Sanders; children, Crystal (Paul) Rosburg, Jennifer Waggoner, and Randy Halcomb; grandchildren, Roman, Easton, Everlee, Blake, and Clover; niece, Madison; and nephew, Mason. Danny was preceded in death by his father, Walter Halcomb.
Danny grew up in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. At just 18 years old, he proudly answered the call to serve his country, joining the United States Army. His three years of service left a lasting impact on him, and he often spoke fondly of his time in uniform and the friends he made.
After returning home, he worked many different jobs and formed countless friendships along the way, each experience shaping the hardworking and dependable man he became. In time, he settled into a long and successful career in demolition project management. He retired in 2021, ready to enjoy the peaceful life he had worked so hard for.
Upon retirement, he left Southern California and moved to Missouri. There, he found joy in the simple things, keeping up with friends old and new, fishing on quiet mornings and riding the backroads in his side-by-side, taking in the beauty of the world around him. These were some of his happiest days.
He will be remembered for his dedication to his friends and family, his humor, and the steady presence he provided to all who loved him.
