Dean Bartlett

Dean Bartlett, 79, of Marble Hill, Mo., formerly of Chicago, Ill., died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Ms. Bartlett was born Oct. 16, 1932 in Dyersburg, Tenn. She was of the Baptist faith, and had retired from Marketing in 2010 while residing in Chicago. Mrs. Bartlett enjoyed spending time with her family and quilting.

Survivors include her daughter, Sherrie McCain and husband, Tim of Marble Hill, Mo.; two granddaughters: Dana Moore and husband Jason of Scott City, Mo. and Kristin McCain of Marble Hill, Mo.; a sister, Janie Romanazzi and husband, Dino of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; a brother, Joe Bartlett and wife, Margie of Chicago, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents, Roy and Dovie May (Weeks) Bartlett, son, Ricky Wilhelm and sister, Virginia Chudji preceded her in death.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Wappapello, Mo. A graveside service and burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Little Brushy Cemetery with Rev. Doyle Mitchell officiating.
