Deloy F. Henn

Deloy F. Henn, 78, of Poplar Bluff died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical center.

Mr. Henn, son of the late John M. Henn and Velva (Allen) Henn Pool, was born Feb. 3, 1930, in Poplar Bluff. He was a member of First Church of God, and had retired as an outboard motor mechanic. Mr. Henn enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing golf.

On March 17, 1963, he married Ruth A. Smoot, in Poplar Bluff. She survives.

Other survivors include his daughter, Tammy Jordan and husband Joe, of Poplar Bluff; three sons, Ron Harris and Terry Harris, both of Poplar Bluff and Rick Harris and wife Kim, of Mt. Juliet, Tenn.; special friend and caregiver, Murray Hammond, of Poplar Bluff; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel, in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel with the Rev. Jim Schremp officiating. Burial will be at the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
