Donald Ray Macom

Donald Ray Macom, 72, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Don, the son of the late Raymond and Lucille Howard Macom, was born March 3, 1945 in Poplar Bluff. He served with the Missouri National Guard for six years and later retired after 20 years with the Poplar Bluff Fire Department. Don enjoyed spending time with his children, music, being outdoors and classic cars.

Survivors include two children, Ashley Dawn (Jeff) Janecek of Piedmont, Mo. and Eric (P.J.) Macom of Los Angeles, Calif.; and a sister, Sandi (Jerry) Wills of Kennett, Mo.
