Dorothea Irene (Mcalister) Callow

Dorothea Irene Callow, 70, of Sikeston, Mo. died Sunday, April 15, 2012 at The Manor in Poplar Bluff.

Ms. Callow was born Aug. 4, 1941 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sikeston, Mo., and was a homemaker. Ms. Callow enjoyed spending time with her family, her church and quilting.

Survivors include 4 children, Darlene Sue Webb of Poplar Bluff, Dvina Marie Loisate of Richland, Wash., James David Callow of Washington and Dawn Lee Agnole of Charleston, SC; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Her parents, Dillard Dale and Genieve Vaughn McAlister and 2 brothers preceded Ms. Callow in death.

Visitation will begin at 12 noon Thursday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral chapel. Burial will be at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
