Dorothy E. Daughhetee

Dorothy E. Daughhetee, 78, of Poplar Bluff died Sunday, June 21, 2009 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center
Mrs. Daughhetee was born March 1, 1931 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, and was a homemaker. Mrs. Daughhetee was previously employed at the W. H. Gossard Garment Factory. She enjoyed spending time with her family and quilting.
On Dec. 24, 1948 she married Oscar R. Daughhetee in Piggott, Ark. He survives.
Other survivors include three children: Patricia Ann Campbell and husband Ralph of Poplar Bluff, Orville Ray Daughhetee and wife Jeanne of St. Charles and Jimmie Dale Daughhetee and wife Peggy also of Poplar Bluff; four grandsons: Joshua Daughhetee, Mark Daughhetee, Andrew Daughhetee and Ryan Daughhetee; one great-granddaughter, Leia Daughhetee and one great-grandson, Preston Daughhetee; and two sisters, Glenda Faye Thornsberry and Barbara BoJe both of Ore.
Her parents, Leo and Edith (Walls) Mosley, granddaughter, Megan Daughhetee and brothers, James Mosley, Robert Mosley and Ronald Mosley preceded Mrs. Daughhetee in death.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. A graveside service and burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bays Springs Cemetery in Butler County.
