Douglas Wade Blankenship, 41, of Wappapello, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007 at his residence.
Mr. Blankenship was born June 20, 1965, in St. Louis, and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed singing, playing his guitar and rock music.
Survivors include his parents, Randall and Mary (Wills) Blankenship, of Wappapello; and his brother, Randall Todd Blankenship, of Poplar Bluff.
Visitation will be from 1 - 2 p.m. Saturday at the Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel.
