Doyle Keith Albright

Doyle Keith Albright, Sr. “Buck”, 77 of Glen Allen, MO passed away peacefully Sunday, October 8, 2023, at his residence.

Buck was born November 3, 1945, to Clyde and Ethel (Williams) Albright in Risco, MO.  He married Sharon Louise Allensworth on September 6, 1969.

Buck was a member of New Hope General Baptist Church of Ellsinore, MO.  He was a front-end specialist in the tire and automotive field and retired from Simmons Tire & Automotive in April 2017.  He enjoyed working on his cattle farm in Ellsinore until moving to Glen Allen.  Aside from cattle farming he enjoyed caring for his mother’s 71-year-old rose bushes that he originally helped plant when he was six years.  He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren, his family and his church community and will forever be missed.

Buck is survived by his wife, Sharon Albright; two sons, Randy Albright; Bucky (Shirley) Albright; three daughters; Lois (Doug) Arnzen; Debbie (Chuck) Nelson; Lisa Allensworth; eighteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.  Survivors also include two sisters; Martha (Jim) Hart; Lois Paul; two sisters-in-law, Sue Albright; Betty Shipman; two brothers, Larry (Lee) Albright; Alvin Albright; three brothers-in-law, George Allensworth; Melvin Allensworth; Art Allensworth along with numerous extended family members, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Buck was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Ethel Albright; one grandson, Ryan Duniven; three sisters, Ruth Matthews; Joyce Hemmann; Shirley Albright; two brothers, Jerry Albright; Melvin Shipman; three brothers-in-law, James Matthew; Richard Paul; Charles Allensworth; three sisters-in-law, Georgia Albright; Glenda Allensworth, Margaret Allensworth.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023, from 10:00am – 11:00am at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services.  A Memorial Service will follow beginning at 11:00am with Pastor Tom Wilder officiating and final resting place will be at Memorial Gardens, Poplar Bluff, Mo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
