Edna Lee Drake Mccoy

Edna Lee McCoy, 75, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Westwood Hills Healthcare Center in Poplar Bluff.

Ms. McCoy, the daughter of the late Francis and Fern Davis Drake, was born May 29, 1940 in Poplar Bluff. She was of the Nazarene faith and previously worked for the Corp of Engineers before retiring from Butler County Home Care. Mrs. McCoy loved to spend time with her family, play bingo, puzzles, bowling and watching wrestling.

Survivors include two daughters, Bertha Mangrum of Raymore, Mo. and Tammy Strickland of Baton Rouge, La.; six grandchildren: Donald Lee Barks, Amber Barks, Mike Hennen, Logan Mangrum, Josh Innes and Emily Innes Parent; and ten great-grandchildren.

A daughter, Jo Ann Barks and seven brothers and six sisters also preceded Ms. McCoy in death.

The visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral chapel with Rev. Billy Orr officiating. Interment will take place in the Woodlawn section of the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
