Ella M. Warfield

Ella M. Warfield, 82, of Poplar Bluff died Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Warfield was born Dec. 24, 1927 in St. Louis. She was of the Baptist faith, and had retired as a sales associate for Newberry's Department Store. Mrs. Warfield enjoyed spending time with her husband and daughter and flower gardening.

On Jan. 18, 1946 she married John Warfield in St. Louis. He survives.

Other survivors include her daughter, Phyllis E. Montgomery of Poplar Bluff; sister, Alice Enloe of Poplar Bluff; and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Thursday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. A private graveside service will be at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff with the Rev. Steve Patterson officiating.
