Emma Lois Bounds Tedrick

Emma ""Lois"" Tedrick, 82, of Poplar Bluff, MO, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mrs. Tedrick was born July 15, 1932 in Kime, MO. She was very active as a member of First United Methodist Church in Poplar Bluff and the United Methodist Women.

On May 25, 1957, she married Jack Martin Tedrick, Sr. who preceded her in death on May 10, 2005.

Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Monroe (Kevin) of Belleville, IL; five grandchildren: Andrew Monroe (Kristen), Emily Stenger (Eric), Matthew Monroe (Laura), Rachel Monroe, and Samuel Monroe; and a sister Juanita Clayton of Poplar Bluff.

Also preceding her in death were her parents, Roy and Florence Bratcher Bounds; and four brothers: Lloyd Bounds, Norman Bounds, Edward Bounds and Marion Bounds.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff followed by the graveside service at 2:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery in Poplar Bluff with the Rev. David Stewart officiating.
