Evelyn Louise Nagy

Evelyn Louise Nagy, 78, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at The Manor in Poplar Bluff. She was born November 22, 1934 in Pleasanton Kansas, daughter of Ezra ""Tuck"" and Ruth Collins Leverich.

On March 9, 1962 she married Dr. Al L. Nagy in Tipton, MO. He preceded her in death on February 10, 2006.

Mrs. Nagy was of the Catholic faith, and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She worked along side her husband as a medical tech for many years.

Survivors include her children Alex Nagy (Renee) of Mahomet, IL, Dr. Stephen Nagy (Heather), Greg Nagy, all of Poplar Bluff, Rick Pedego of Sedalia, MO, 9 grandchildren; Mykael Nagy, Hunt Nagy, Nathan Nagy, Abigail Nagy, Parker Nagy, Peyton Nagy, Carson Nagy, Alyson Pedego Drinkard, and Adam Pedego; sisters, Pat Mayberry (Bud) and Connie Allen of Pittsburg, KS, and nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Reggie Pedego, and a grandson Aaron Pedego.

A private service will be held for the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials are made in honor of Mrs. Nagy to the Bread Shed of Poplar Bluff.
