Fred Ray Case Jr

On May 26, 2026, Fred Ray Case, Jr (Freddie) passed away at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Freddie was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on July 27, 1971, To Fred Sr. and Wilma Case Parks. He married Heather Case on February 24, 1990.

Freddie loved music. He loved to sing and enjoyed providing Karaoke entertainment for others to sing. He enjoyed playing darts and shooting pool with his friends. He loved his animals and could most often be found at home with his family and critters.

Freddie is survived by his wife, Heather Case; son, Brian Case; mother, Wilma Case Parks; sister, Cindy (Gary) Johnson; brothers-in-law, Doug Hendricks, Bobby (JoAnn) McIntosh, Jeremy McIntosh; sister-in-law, Chrissy (Rob) Schwartz ; nieces and nephews, Casey (Alex Tristan) McGinty, Emily (Chris) Kalous, Gabby McGinty, Aden Ward, Kendyl Kalous, Ally (Mitch) McCarty, Conner (Aribi) Hendricks, Bobby (Morgan) McIntosh, Aaron McIntosh, Shelby (Caleb) Joiner, Katie Hanner, Zach Schwartz, Shawn Studt, Tiffany Schmidt and several others.

Freddie was proceeded in death by his father, Fred Ray Case Sr.; sister, Terri Lynn Case Hendricks; step-father, Sam Parks; grandparents, Aaron and Jane Hyde, Homer and Daisy Case; uncles, Don Hyde, Dwight Hyde, Don Robinson, Ralph Case and Bob Cooper; aunts, Shirley Robinson, Vivian Cooper, Gracie Case and Teresa Hyde.

Freddie took the “Walk of Life” as he donated his organs to those in need and will continue to be remembered through them.

A celebration of life will be held at Green Forest Church of Christ on Township Line on June 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
