Hannah Ruth Nichols Hall

Hannah Ruth Hall, 22, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 in Poplar Bluff.

Hannah, daughter of Douglas Arthur and Ruth Ellen Elsworth Nichols, was born Jan. 11, 1994 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Poplar Bluff, where she served as the church treasurer. Hannah enjoyed art, painting, reading and music, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

On March 19, 2010, she married James Hall in Greenville, Mo. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a sister, Marion Martin of Poplar Bluff; two brothers, Todd (Stacy) Nichols and their children, Emily, April and Mark of Dexter, Mo. and Robbie Huffman of California; grandfathers, Gerald Nichols and Steeve Raymer; four nieces, Wendie Holiday, Cheyanne Deno, Cora Deno and Piper Martin; a nephew, Robbie Huffman; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Her grandparents, Nancy Gene Nichols, Mary Sue Nichols, Tonya Raymer and Woodrow and Hannah Elsworth preceded Hannah in death.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel with the funeral service following at 3 p.m. The Rev. David Stewart will officiate. Interment will follow at a later date.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 in Hannah's memory.
