Harlan Benjamin Bandy

Harlan Benjamin Bandy, 75, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on July 18, 2026, at Mercy-Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Harlan was born on March 16, 1951, to Harrison and Dorothy Bandy in St. Louis, Missouri. He married Janice Bandy on May 28, 1972, in St. Louis.

Harlan was passionate about his career as a cabinet maker. He liked to sing, hunt, and play games with his nephews while riding horses. He loved to aggravate and be ornery making lifetime memories with his family.

Harlan was loved by his wife, Janice; sister-in-laws, Judy Stuckwish, Joyce (Jerry) Tomlinson and Joan Ballard; niece, Joanne (Michael) Bellotti; nephews, Rob (Sherri) Tomlinson, Thom (Jessica) Tomlinson, Travis Gilton (Madaline); great nieces and nephews, Nicole Bellotti, Michelle (Jaden) Moran, Trenton (Makayla) Gilton, Trista Gilton (Alex), Ryan (Amy) Tomlinson, Caroline Tomlinson, Annie Tomlinson, and Jameson; along with many great great nieces and nephews.

Harlan was proceeded in death by his parents, Harrison and Dorothy.

Graveside service will be at Mill Creek Cemetery in Silex, MO at a later date.
