Imogene M. Todd, 87, of Poplar Bluff, died Friday, June 10, 2011 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Todd was born August 5, 1923 in Myrtle, Mo. and was a homemaker. She was a member of Fellowship General Baptist Church. Mrs. Todd enjoyed spending time with her family and family gatherings, she also enjoyed Word Search puzzles, square dancing and bowling. She enjoyed life and laughed a lot.
On Dec. 9, 1951 Imogene married Arthur R. Todd in Lawton, Okla. He preceded her in death on March 16, 1988.
Surviving are three children, Carol Mondy and husband Kirk of Poplar Bluff, Janet Faust and husband Reno of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and James Todd and wife Brenda of Poplar Bluff; 8 grandchildren, April Wiltsey, James Richard Todd, Jesse Faust, Jason Faust, Scott Faust, Alison Faust, Jessica Mondy and Hannah Mondy; 5 great grandchildren, Taylor, Brendan, David, Layla, and Lauren; 2 brothers, James Stubblefield of Lynn, Mass. and Kenneth Stubblefield of South Haven, Miss., and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Mrs. Todd in death were her parents, J. O. and Laura (Risner) Stubblefield, and one brother Carl Stubblefield.
Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Fellowship General Baptist Church with the funeral service starting at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Byron Beck officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
