Irene Lester Selby

June 5, 1925 — January 4, 2018

An angel has gone to Heaven. Our mum, Irene Selby died Jan. 4, 2018 at the age of 92 ½.

She was born June 5, 1925 in England. Mum came to live in the USA in 1978 and got her citizenship so she could vote in the Presidential election of Bill Clinton.

She was married to Bill Selby who preceded her in death.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary (Hoy) Wiley of Poplar Bluff and Susan (Ray) Magness of England; 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren and one on the way.

Per her wishes she was cremated and her ashes will be taken to England to be buried with a granddaughter. There will be no services.

Her family will always love her. We miss you Mom.
