Jack Gary Baker

Jack Gary Baker, 65, of Poplar Bluff passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at The Manor Care Center in Poplar Bluff.

Mr. Baker, was born Sept. 4, 1949 in San Antonio, Tx., to Viola Patricia Bennett Baker and the late Harold A. Baker, Sr. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force, and was a retired truck driver. Mr. Baker was of the Episcopal faith.

Survivors include two children: Tim Baker and Jackie Baker, both of Calif.; three grandchildren: his mother, Viola Patricia "Pat" Baker of Poplar Bluff; two sisters: Susan (Mike) Fortenberry of Poplar Bluff and Cindy Baker of Tyler, Tx.; and two brothers, Mike Baker of Poplar Bluff and Harold A. Baker, Jr. of Illinois.

A graveside service with full military honors will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with Rev. Annette Joseph officiating.
