Jakki Lynn Nimon

Jakki Lynn (Cook) Nimon, passed away at the age of 66 due to a hard battle with cancer in St. Louis, Missouri. Jakki was born to parents, Jerry and Mitzy Cook on November 4th, 1959, in Battle Creek Michigan. She moved to Poplar Bluff, Missouri where she met and married Leonard Nimon and together, they have two daughters. Jakki was a loving mother and loving grandmother.

She enjoyed fishing, camping, going to the cabins at the lake and barbecues with her family. She loved caring for her family and friends. Jakki was a great friend to everyone and was a fiercely loved member of the Eagles.

Jakki was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Mitzy Cook, and her sister, Lisa Foster.

Jakki is survived by her sister, Deborah Hart; Stepsister, Anita Hopkins; daughters, Jessica Vickery (Joey), and Jennifer Nimon; her granddaughters, Zoey Vickery (Ezra) and Zali Vickery; and her partner Leonard Nimon.

The family will hold a private celebration of life for Jakki and will have a Memorial and Graveside in remembrance of a wonderful Partner, Friend, Sister, Mother, and Grandmother.
