James L. Shepard

James L. Shepard, 29, of Wappapello, Mo., the son of Ronald Shepard and Linda Collins of Wappapello, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 4, 2018.

James was born Dec. 12, 1988 in St. Louis. He was a Landscaper. James enjoyed working outside, fishing and animals; especially cats. He was an avid sports enthusiast.

James is also survived by his brother, Dave Hill and sister-in-law Becca Hill; his sister, Sara Hackethal; his grandmother Mildred Weidner; aunts and uncles; niece and nephews; and many friends.

A memorial visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:45p.m. Friday, April 13 at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff with a brief service following until 7:00 p.m. A Celebration of James’s Life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday April 14 at Llywelyns Pub in St. Charles, Mo.
