Janivee ""Jan"" C. Schenewerk, 82, of Poplar Bluff died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Schenewerk was born Aug. 29, 1926 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. Mrs. Schenewerk was a homemaker and an avid antique collector. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
On Nov. 18, 1946 she married Earl Schenewerk. He preceded her in death on June 9, 1976.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Cheshire, of Poplar Bluff; son, Gene Schenewerk, of Springfield; 8 grandchildren; sister, Mabel Graham, of Poplar Bluff; and 4 brothers: James Browning, Rollie Browning, Clifford Browning and Junior Browning, all of Poplar Bluff.
A private burial and memorial service was held by Mrs. Schenewerk's family.
