Jane Marie Arnold

Jane Marie Arnold, 88, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away at her home on, Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

Jane was born on July 28, 1936, to Raymond and Bertha Walz in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She married Neal Wixom in September 1955, after his passing, she married Carl Arnold in December 1985.

Jane was an active member of the community and belonged to many organizations including Red Hat Society, FCE Fun Club, VFW Auxiliary, Poplar Bluff Garden Club, and the University of Missouri Extension Service. She was very proud to be a Master Gardener. Jane was active at Sacred Heart Parish and belonged to various committees. Jane also proudly served in the United States Air Force.

Jane is survived by four children, Mary Susan, Raymond, Timothy and Ann Marie; five grandchildren, Joseph, Jessica, Leslie, Emma, and Michael; three stepchildren; five siblings, Reverend Richard Walz, Frieda, George, Juanita, and Mary; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Jane was preceded in death her husbands, Neal Wixom and Carl Arnold; three children, Kathryn Jean, Joe, and Jim.

Memorial Gathering will be held on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, from 5:00-7:00pm at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Daniel Robles officiating. Burial will take place at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
