Janice Ann Matthews

Janice Ann Matthews, 73, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on July 09, 2026, at her home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Janice was born on June 8, 1953, to Toney and Evelyn (Wright) Kelley in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She married Ricky Matthews on December 27, 1975.

Janice made many friends through time as being a beautician for over 35 years in the Poplar Bluff area and loved spending time with her family and friends.

Janice is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ricky; son, Brent (Katherine) Matthews; grandchildren, Ryan and Dona Causbie; great grandchildren, Reighan Causbie, and Taylor Thomason; sister, Linda Wilder; nephew, Jerry Marler; and niece, Leslie Marler.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Toney and Evelyn; and sister, Karen Marler.

A private ceremony will be held for immediate family at a later date.
