Janice Laraine Robbins, 63, of Conway, Ark., died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012 at her residence in Conway.
Ms. Robbins was born Nov. 15, 1948 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway, and had retired as an emergency and intensive care nurse at John McClellan VA Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark. Ms. Robbins was also a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army. She enjoyed being active in her church, fishing, camping, and making crafts.
Survivors include her son, Darrin Robbins and wife Kimberly of Maumelle, Ark.; three grandchildren, Alex, Matty and Dani Robbins; sister, Sharon Cowin and husband, Wayne of Piedmont, Mo.; and brother, Earl Nall and wife Marilyn of Fairplay, Colo.
Her parents, Henry and Louise (Eiseman) Nall, daughter, Abigail L. Robbins, sons, William Terry Robbins and Jason Robbins and grandson, Clay Robbins preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 12:30 To 1:15 P.M. Friday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Poplar Bluff with Father John Marconi officiating and Rev. David Cowin assisting. Burial with full military honors will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
