Jeanie Marie Hazelwood

Jeanie Marie Hazelwood, 44, of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 06, 2013, at Progress West Hospital in O'Fallon.

Ms. Hazelwood was born July 12, 1969, in Elgin, Illinois to Cliff and Patricia Miller Hazelwood. Her father preceded her in death.

Ms. Hazelwood graduated from Puxico High School and was employed at Wal-Mart. She enjoyed reading and watching movies.

Survivors include her mother, two brothers: James Eric Hazelwood of O'Fallon, MO, and Nick Marler (Amy) of Barnhart, MO; several nieces and nephews; and her grandfather, James Miller of Wappapello, MO.

Visitation will be Friday from 6 ? 8 p.m. at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Wappapello. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, at the Chapel. Interment will follow at Rock Hill Cemetery, near Puxico, MO.
