John Allen Eason

John Allen Eason, 45, of Jonesboro, Ark., formerly of Poplar Bluff, died Thursday, August 26, 2010 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

Mr. Eason was born Feb. 7, 1965 in St. Louis, and had worked as an Ironworker before becoming disabled.

On Sept. 20, 2005 he married Pamela Shrable in Jonesboro, Ark. She survives.

Also surviving are 4 children, Alissa Eason and Preston Eason both of Poplar Bluff, Joseph Wisdom of Jonesboro, Ark. and Shenna Nichole Frishman; his mother Shirley (Goldsmith) Eason of Poplar Bluff; 2 sisters, Regina James of Poplar Bluff and Tessie Faye Anderson of Williamsville; 2 brothers, Bobby Dean Eason, Jr. and Tony Eason both of Poplar Bluff.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010 at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff.
