John Doyle Prenzel

John (Johny) Prenzel, 80, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Saturday, Jan. 30 2015 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Prenzel was born Feb. 8, 1935 in Poplar Bluff, Mo., to the late John and Josephine Scoggins Prenzel.

He married Evelyn Louise Luke in Poplar Bluff, Mo. She survives of the home.

Mr. Prenzel was of the nondenominational faith. He was a member of the National Guard and was a retired farmer. He enjoyed spending time with his family and watching wildlife.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Frank Prenzel

A graveside service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Ashcraft Cemetery in Butler County with Brother Rowdy Boyer officiating.
