Judy Ann Starbuck

Judy Ann Starbuck, 67, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018 at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff.

Judy, the daughter of Rudy John and Ruby Alice Moore Jaco, was born Nov. 20, 1950 in Blytheville, Ark. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Judy married the love of her life Richard W. Starbuck on April 4, 1973 at the Lake of the Ozarks. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include her mother, Ruby Jaco of Poplar Bluff; two children, Richard L. Starbuck and Hailey Dawn Coston of Poplar Bluff; three grandchildren, Destiny Raquel, Starr Ruby and Hailey Reign Coston; and other family members.

A graveside service and burial was held at the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery. Chaplain Jamie Jones officiated.
