Kathy Eileen (Walker) Aud

Kathy Eileen Aud, 64, of Poplar Bluff died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Aud was born Feb. 4, 1948 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of South Poplar Bluff General Baptist Church, and was a retired office manager. Mrs. Aud enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

On Aug. 13, 1966, she married Douglas ""Eddie"" Aud in Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death on Jan. 10, 2008.

Survivors include three children, Kimberly Snyder, Lori Smith and Doug Aud (Lorie), all of Poplar Bluff; nine grandchildren: Jonathan Snyder, Katelyn Snyder Lumpkins (Michael), Justin Snyder (Stacey), Madison Smith, Ethan Smith, Audrey Smith, Hunter Aud, and Gavin Aud; great-grandson, Tanner Snyder; a sister, Karen Winberry (Steve), of Poplar Bluff; her father, James W. Walker, of Poplar Bluff; father-in-law, Carl Aud, of Poplar Bluff; a life-long friend, Linda Rae (Blanks) Morgan, of Poplar Bluff; and special friends, Linda Haislip and Sandra Hughey, both of Poplar Bluff.

Her mother, Mildred Oltman Walker, mother-in-law, Pansy Aud; and sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen ""Kitty"" and Donald Weng also preceded Mrs. Aud in death.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday evening at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral chapel with Rev. Steve Winberry officiating. Burial will follow in the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
