Kathy Fay Lewis, 51, of Poplar Bluff died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009 at her residence as the result of a residential fire.
Ms. Lewis was born March 29, 1957 in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of Palace of Praise, and was a disabled homemaker. Ms. Lewis enjoyed spending time with her family, visiting with friends at church, chatting online and watching QVC.
Survivors include her children: Melissa Caldwell, of Wappapello and Jerry L. Caldwell, Jr. of Fisk; 3 grandchildren; companion and caregiver, Jon Wellman of Poplar Bluff; sister, Karen Lewis; and brothers, Paul Lewis, Rodger Alford, Bill Lewis and Jerry Lewis.
A memorial service will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the Palace of Praise, 1400 Herschel Bess Blvd., in Poplar Bluff.
