Larry Leroy Eaton

Larry Leroy Eaton, 72, of Florissant, Mo. died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011 at his residence in Florissant.

Mr. Eaton was born Jan. 23, 1939 in Piedmont, Mo. He had retired as an engineer for McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft in St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Eaton enjoyed helping others, and always sponsored a needy child during the holidays.

Survivors include his mother, Martha V. (Pigg) Eaton of Poplar Bluff; and sister, Marlene Burns of Ballwin, Mo.

His father, William Joy Eaton preceded him in death.

Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Chapel with Rev. Jim Schremp officiating. Burial will follow at Cool Springs Cemetery in Wayne County, Mo.
