Larry Gene Harris

Larry Gene Harris, 63, of Wappapello, Mo., passed away Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018 at Lakeview Assisted Living Center in Wappapello.

Mr. Harris, the son of the late J. D. and Bonnie Mae Knight Harris, was born June 17, 1953 in Lansing, Mich. He was of the Baptist faith and had retired as an auto body repairman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing.

Survivors include three brothers, David Harris of Jacksonville, Fla., Wayne Harris of Mayfield, Ky., and Jimmy Harris of Gainesville, Fla.; three sisters, Audry Conrad of Gainesville, Fla., Patty Bolen of Poplar Bluff and Mary Singh of Leewood, Kans.; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Harris was preceded in death by three brothers, Gary Harris, Roger Dale Harris and Troy Lee Harris and one nephew Eric Eugene Harris.

A visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26 at the Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Little Brushy Cemetery.
