Leonard Dean Frymire

Leonard Dean Frymire, 63 of Dexter, Mo., passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at home surrounded by his family.

Leonard was born November 20, 1956 to Dempsey Noah and Flora Mae (Blocker) Frymire at Turkey Creek, Mo.  His joys were playing music with his son and close friends, cooking with his daughter.  Leonard loved to fish and being outdoors clearing land and enjoying nature.

On November 7, 1975 he married Beverly Sue Belcher at the Calvary Baptist Church. After they were united in marriage Leonard held many jobs, everything from meat-cutter, to fabricator, to machinist, to musician.    He loved building a home with his wife of 46 years.  They worked side by side on every project.  They grew and taught each other a lot of love over the course of their marriage.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Sue (Belcher) Frymire;  children, Melissa Sue Frymire and Michael Dean Frymire both of Dexter, Mo., two brothers, Jimmy (Charlene) Frymire and Steven (Holly) Frymire of Wappapello, Mo.; a sister, Kay Frymire Gant of Essex, Mo. and many other nieces, nephews and friends who will morn his passing.

His parents, Dempsey and Flora Frymire, three sisters, Freda Mae McAnally, Veda Mae Adams and Lena Mae Patterson and one brother, Junior Frymire preceded Leonard in death.
