Lily F. Lovelett

Lily F. Lovelett, 19, of Poplar Bluff, formerly of Princeton, Iowa died Friday, May 28, 2010 at the Gunderson Lutheran Health System in LaCrosse, Wisc. as the result of injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Ms. Lovelett was born July 18, 1990 in Lincoln, Neb. She was employed at McDonald's in Poplar Bluff, and was attending college to become a nurse. Ms. Lovelett enjoyed being a mommy, attending college, scrap booking and visiting Disney World.

Survivors include her daughter, Hollie Janetta Long of the home; fiance, Justin Long of the home; father, Randy Lovelett of Poplar Bluff; mother and step-father, Helen (Howe) and Pete Betancur of Taylor, Wisc.; sister, Rachel Lovelett of Taylor, Wisc.; and paternal grandmother, Shirley Lovelett of Poplar Bluff; aunt, Linda Randall of Poplar Bluff; uncles, Jon Howe of Livermore, Colo. and Gordon Howe of Marion, Iowa and Russ Lovelett of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; fiance's father, Walter Long of Doniphan; fiance's mother, Donna Fox of Doniphan; fiance's grandparents, Alva and Bonita Long of Doniphan; and many other relatives.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Friday in the Chapel with Dr. Steve Proctor officiating. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. Friday at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
