Linda Lou Boyers

Linda Lou Boyer, 73, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on August 18, 2026, at Mercy South in St. Louis, Missouri.

Linda was born on December 8, 1952, to Jack and Donna (Jones) Boyer in Decatur, Illinois.

Linda was a beloved mother, sister, and aunt. She was witty and could send out a one liner that could bring the house down with laughter. Linda was a part owner in Don-Lin Toys. She loved to fish, collect dolls, read, and watch stories on facebook. Linda will be missed dearly by those who loved her.

Linda is survived by her sons, Kevon and Christopher Johnson; sister, Carolyn; nieces, Desra King (Wendy Walker), Shea McCarter, and Stevie Saunders; and nephew, Troy McCarter; and great nieces, Anna Banana and Gloria McGrael.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Donna Gentry; siblings, Rebecca Boyer, Beverly Saunders, and John Boyer.

Private services will be held at a later date.
